Sh. Vivek Khanal

Born on, 03.04.1977, at Theog, District Shimla, H.P. Passed Matriculation Examination from Government Senior Secondary School, Rohru, in the year, 1992, 10+2 examination from Government Senior Secondary School, Taruwalla, Paonta Sahib, in the year, 1994. Did Graduation in Humanities from Govt Degree College, Shimla, in the year, 1997, Laws in year 2000 and Masters in Literature from Punjab University. Chandigarh in the year, 2002, respectively. Practised in Civil and Criminal Cases at District Courts, Shimla, Joined Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service in July, 2004 and thereafter has served at Ghumarwin, Hamirpur, Amb, Una, Rajgarh, Mandi, Paonta Sahib, Sundernagar and Una. Undertook Mediation Sessions as Mediator Judge while serving as Senior Civil Judge at Mandi and Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Una. Served as Additional Secretary, Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Shimla, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohru, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court Solan, and presently posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Solan, w.e.f. 04.11.2024.
