Born on 25.09.1972 at Chandigarh (U.T). Academic qualification: M.A. (English) from H.P. University, LLM from Kurukshetra University & Ph.D Law from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. Enrolled as an Advocate on 17th November 2000. Practiced in Civil, Criminal and Revenue matters in the District Courts from 17.11.2000 till 23.01.2005. Appointed as Assistant District Attorney-cum-Assistant Public Prosecutor at Manali and worked as such w.e.f. 24th January 2005 to 22nd October 2009. Appointed as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sirmour at Nahan and assumed the office on 23rd October 2009. Joined as District & Sessions Judge, Una on 15.11.2010 and discharged duties as such till 30.04.2013. Appointed Officer on Special Duty (Vigilance, Finance and Accounts) in the Hon’ble High Court of H.P. on 1st May 2013 and w.e.f. 5th July 2013 till 26th December 2018 remained posted as Registrar (Vigilance) in the Hon’ble High Court of H.P. Thereafter, posted as District & Sessions Judge (Forests), Shimla w.e.f. 26.12.2018 to 05.08.2021. On transfer, served as Presiding Officer, Labour Court-cum-Industrial Tribunal, Kangra at Dharamshala from 09.08.2021 till 12.03.2022. Performed duties as District and Sessions Judge, Kangra at Dharamshala w.e.f 14.03.2022 to 15.08.2022. Thereafter, worked as Registrar General in Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh from 16.08.2022 to 02.08.2023.Presently, discharging duties as District and Sessions Judge Solan, District Solan H.P. w.e.f 07.08.2023.
