Born on 03.04.1977 at Theog, District Shimla, HP. Passed Matriculation Examination from Government Senior Secondary School, Rohru, in the year 1992, 10+2 examination from Government Senior Secondary School, Taruwalla, Poanta Sahib, in the year 1994. Did Graduation in Humanities from Government Degree College, Shimla, in the year 1997, Laws in the year 2000 and Masters in Literature from Punjab University, Chandigarh in the year 2002 respectively. Practiced in Civil and Criminal Cases at District Courts, Shimla. Joined Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service in July, 2004 and thereafter has served at Ghumarwin, Hamirpur, Amb, Una, Rajgarh, Mandi, Poanta Sahib, Sundernagar and Una. Undertook mediation sessions as Mediator Judge while serving as Senior Civil Judge at Mandi and Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Una. Remained posted as Additional Secretary at Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Shimla w.e.f. 10.12.2021 to 11.04.203 . Thereafter, on promotion assumed the charge as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohru on 13.04.2023. Now on transfer joined as Additional District and Sessions Judge Fast Track Special Court (Rape/POCSO), Solan H.P. w.e.f 09.05.2024.
